Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep paid features until then, and you are not charged again. To cancel:

• Purchased via Apple App Store — manage or cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
• Purchased via Google Play — manage or cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
• Purchased on the web — Settings → Plan & billing → Cancel.

After a paid plan ends, your account moves to the free plan. Nothing is deleted — content beyond free-plan limits simply becomes read-only until you export, tidy up, or resubscribe.

• App Store / Google Play purchases — refunds are processed by Apple and Google under their own policies; request them through the store you purchased from. We cannot issue refunds for store purchases directly.
• Web purchases — if Coult didn’t work out, email us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it, no interrogation. Outside that window, refunds are at our reasonable discretion (we’re humans; write to us).
• Faulty service — if a billing error or extended outage on our side charged you unfairly, we will refund or credit the affected period regardless of the window above.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have under the consumer-protection law of your country, including any mandatory withdrawal or cooling-off periods.

If a plan price changes, we will notify you in advance and the new price applies from your next billing period. If you don’t agree, cancel before the renewal and you won’t be charged the new price.
